Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Champagne joined the organization in 1997 as Chief Estimator and was named Vice President of Preconstruction in 2000. Now serving as Chief Administrative Officer, he has overall responsibility for the day‐to‐day operational and financial success of Lemoine’s operations. His responsibilities include oversight of preconstruction, estimating, resource alignment, and customer and supplier relationships. Mr. Champagne has a diverse background in the construction industry as previous owner of one of Louisiana’s largest specialty subcontractors and architectural millwork / case work manufacturing firms. He also has a multitude of operational experience managing projects in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
Mr. Champagne is a graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formerly University of Southwestern Louisiana), with a Bachelor of Biological Mathematics and Physical Science in 1976.
