Mr. Foster joined the organization in 2013 as Vice President with over two decades of construction and engineering experience. His diverse background includes experience in the preliminary design, preconstruction process and construction management of large, complex projects under the construction management/general contracting format. He is accountable for the management, operations and profitability of all construction projects within the New Orleans market and has ultimate responsibility for projects delivered safely, on schedule and to the satisfaction of our customers. In addition, Mr. Foster leads the organization’s efforts in planning and developing systems and procedures to improve quality and efficiency through all phases of construction.

Mr. Foster received his Masters of Science in Architectural Engineering with emphasis on Construction Management from the University of Kansas in 2008, after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Foster is a certified Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional and a Certified Professional Constructor. He is also a LEED AP BD+C accredited professional by the U.S. Green Building Institute. Mr. Foster is a member of the Project Management Institute, American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Institute of Constructors.
