Ben Simms

Mr. Simms joined Lemoine in 2010 and has worked in both Preconstruction/Estimating and Project Management roles.  Ben gained valuable experience while providing leadership on several complex healthcare and commercial projects and was promoted to Vice President.  In this role, Mr. Simms provides overall guidance to the project teams he oversees including preconstruction, project, and field management.  He is accountable for business development, customer relationships, preconstruction, management, operations, and success of all construction projects within the Commercial West Market which covers the Western and northern portion of Louisiana and extends westward to Texas and beyond.

Mr. Simms is a 2009 graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has completed FMI Leadership Academy.
