Construction Management

Lemoine serves as the Construction Manager for clients who prefer flexibility in selecting their contractor on factors other than solely on price. Typically, qualifications for selection include project‐specific expertise, history of performance, sustainability and relationships. Construction Management is the professional management practice applied to construction projects for the purpose of controlling and managing time, cost, scope and quality. Construction Management begins at project inception and continues through project closeout. Throughout this delivery method, the construction manager serves as an owner’s representative and an extension of the owner’s staff.
