State Parking Garage Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Located in downtown Baton Rouge, this project consisted of an 8 story, 175,000-sf, 423 car parking garage for the City of Baton Rouge and the State of Louisiana. The project scope was inclusive of all required site development and infrastructure work for a ¼ city block site in downtown Baton Rouge. The garage columns, beams, spandrels and girders were precast, the elevated decks were double t’s, and the exterior on Convention and 3rd Streets was clad in architectural precast.
