The Lemoine Company served as General Contractor on the installation of three Mechanical Bars Screens for the City Barn Pump Station in Slidell, Louisiana. The three screens required a large concrete structure located in the inlet channel to the existing station. The work required a earthen cofferdam, by-pass pumping, channel excavation, permanent sheet piling, pre-cast concrete bridge, a heavily reinforced cast-in-place concrete structure, drainage bar screens, wash water systems, domestic water systems, electrical and control systems.
