EPIC Piping Livingston, Louisiana

Located in Livingston, Louisiana, EPIC Piping is a state of the art pipe manufacturing facility intended to serve both commercial and industrial piping demands. The project consisted of a 70 acre piece of property housing 4 metal building structures including: 174,280 SF Fabrication Facility housing numerous Jib Cranes and Overhead Cranes, 49,938 SF of Paint/Blast Booths, 13,250 SF Loading Building and a 27,425 SF Office Building. Main structure components are pre-engineered metal building with liner panels at the fabrication, paint/blast booth and loading areas, and metal composite wall panels at the office building. Site work included 3 retention ponds with a drainage swale, 10,470 lnft of subsurface drainage with 55 precast drain inlets. Site also contains 35,937 SF of Asphalt Parking lots and cart staging, 90,000 SF of 8″ heavy duty concrete paving at Trucking loading Areas, and 550,000 SF of 12″ #610 Limestone over Geotech Fabric at the laydown yard.

The project was completed in phases to achieve delivery the Fabrication Facility in February 2016 and Substantial completion of Fabrication/Paint/Blast/Loading Facilities March 2016 with the Office Building substantially completed in April 2016.
