Located on the West Bank of the Mississippi River in Port Allen, Louisiana, this project entails construction of a single-story industrial building on a 64 acre site. The 271,278 SF facility is composed of concrete tilt-up exterior load-bearing wall panels, steel column and truss framing, with purlins/decking roof construction. The site includes over 900,000 SF of paving, providing for auto and trailer parking (374 spaces), truck unloading, as well as a specific traffic pattern to support the successful operation of the facility.
The facility is slated to bring 300 jobs to the area.
