Located in Baton Rouge, this project included demolition of the interior and existing roof of 200 Laurel Street, a one-story existing office structure. The scope of work included installation of new structure and framing to create levels 1 through 3 and roof. Levels 1 and 2 consist of shell office space, while level 3 includes a finished residential unit consisting of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The exterior skin at level 1 was replaced with fiber cement panels while the added levels include metal wall panels.
