The Lemoine Company is accepting bids for Central High School Renovations and Additions Phase I package, as defined per the Phase 1 -Construction Documents prepared by Grace Herbert Curtis Architects, APAC. Interested parties can receive access to bid documents by emailing Dennis Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will receive an invitation to Lemoine’s BuildingConnect site with instructions to bidders.
The Phase I project scope includes renovations to the existing High School classrooms, teacher workrooms, restrooms and flex zones as identified per the CD Phase I documents. The interior renovations (approx. 67,395 SF) will provide new finishes in the current classrooms, as well as re-organizing many of the programs to increase efficiency. The work includes, but not limited to, selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete patch (new plumbing areas), site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry (CMU infill), miscellaneous steel fabrications, rough carpentry, architectural woodwork, composite trim, fire and smoke assembly identification, crystalline waterproofing, thermal insulation, weather barriers, firestopping, joints & sealants, hollow metal doors & frames, flush wood doors, access doors and panels, coiling counter doors, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, glass & glazing, gypsum assemblies, tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, wall coverings, painting and coating, visual display boards, plastic toilet compartments, fire protection specialties, simulated stone countertops, automatic fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security.
