William Lemoine

VP, East Market: New Orleans + Healthcare

Mr. Lemoine joined the organization as a Project Manager in 2002 with previous industry experience. A third generation builder, he was promoted to Vice President in 2008 for his accomplishments in all facets of the business including field operations, estimating and project management. As Vice President, he provides overall guidance to the Construction Managers, Project Managers and Superintendents. He is accountable for the management, operations and profitability of all construction projects within the Lafayette Market. Mr. Lemoine has the ultimate responsibility to deliver projects safely, on schedule and to the satisfaction of our customers. He also oversees the development and advancement of Lemoine’s Information Technology (IT) Department.

Mr. Lemoine is a 1997 graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1991‐2000 as a helicopter technician and crew chief. He is a member of Rotary International, a volunteer for Lafayette Education Foundation and a C.H.O.I.C.E.S. student mentor. Mr. Lemoine has completed the FMI Leadership Academy, Human Dynamics Uncommon Leadership Academy and is a member of Leadership Louisiana Class of 2014.
