Rudy Comeaux

VP, Organizational Development

Mr. Comeaux is the Vice President of Organizational Development for The Lemoine Company. In this role, he is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating strategies for company-wide training as well as recruitment, employment of staff and craft, retention of employees and research of our markets and peer companies. Additional, he is accountable for managing placement, training and performance of employees to ensure the availability of qualified applicants to meet the needs of construction operations while ensuring low turnover. Rudy maintains focus on employee relations and culture while striving to drive continuous improvement in areas of need.

Mr. Comeaux was promoted to Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources in 2015 after working for Lemoine for seven years. In 2008, he joined The Lemoine Company as an intern while studying at Louisiana State University and was employed upon graduation as an Office Engineer. His career in operations continued to grow, holding various project management positions from 2008 to 2014.

Mr. Comeaux is a 2008 graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He also holds a Minor in Business Administration from LSU and has completed the Human Dynamics Uncommon Leadership Academy. He is affiliated with numerous professional and nonprofit organizations including: Construction Industry Advisory Council at LSU Board of Directors, City Year Baton Rouge Associate Board, Boy Scouts of America Istrouma Council Board of Directors, Club Blue and the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge.
