Located in Lafayette’s Village of River Ranch, this project includes the interior buildout of an existing 1,350 SF retail space to expand the existing UBS Financial Services office constructed by Lemoine in 2009.
The scope of work includes demolition of existing partitions, acoustical ceiling and associated MEP and construction of three new offices, a work area, a bathroom and a new IT room. The Owner will relocate the existing IT equipment.
