Thrive Academy is a college prep and charter boarding school for grades six-twelve in Baton Rouge, LA. In January 2016, Lemoine started construction on Thrive’s first on-campus Dormitory. At 43,740 SF, the 3-story dorm houses 140 students, and features 84 dormitory dorm rooms in 12 different units. The project also consists of a private built Pump Station as well as a renovation to an existing building into a School for the students.
Lemoine also completed a classroom building for Thrive Academy.
