This project involved the construction of the third Residential College on Tulane University‘s uptown campus. The project sits at the intersection of Zimple Street and Broadway Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. The structure consists of 4-story and 6-story sections connected by a courtyard and bridges at the upper stories. Room arrangements consist of single and double occupancy rooms with a capacity of housing 256 students. Unique features of this dormitory include a demonstration kitchen, a 35-seat classroom, a living room, as well as study and social lounges at the upper levels.

As with the other Residential Colleges, RC-III will has a Faculty-In-Resident and Community Director. A state of the art building automation system ensures comfort in all seasons for students and faculty while maintaining energy conservation at all levels. This project was certified LEED Gold.
