This design-build project consisted of the construction of a 3-story, 80,000 SF administration and classroom building on a 7-acre site in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is the initial building in the master plan of the campus for South Louisiana Community College. The facility includes a Full-Service Bookstore, Food Court, State-of-the-Art Instructional Auditorium, and Multi-Media Classrooms.
