Fishman Haygood – New Orleans New Orleans, Louisiana

Located in New Orleans, Louisiana, this project consists of an interior renovation of the 46th Floor of Place at St. Charles (201 St. Charles Avenue). Renovations were necessary as this level received a large amount of water damage caused by a faulty lavatory on the floor above. Scope of the project included demolition of the floors and affected vertical surfaces, installation of new flooring, paint, ceiling tiles, vertical surfaces, millwork, wall coverings, and butt-glazed walls affected by the water damage.

The updated entry space features marble flooring accented by plentiful natural light throughout. Glass doors and walls maximize the space for a clean and open concept while warm accents anchor and separate the space’s functions.
