A Teaming Project with Brasfield & Gorrie, Ambassador Town Center is an approximate 58-acre site located at the corner of Ambassador Caffery Parkway and Kaliste Saloom Road in Lafayette, Louisiana.

The retail center is approximately 425,000 square feet with major retailers including Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field & Stream, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Nordstrom Rack, Off Broadway Shoes, Chuy’s, and Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, among others. The majority of the retailers are either first-time locations within Lafayette or Louisiana, or both.

The project team was tasked with building the out-parcel retail stores while other contractors working directly for the developer handled the overall site work and construction of the Anchor stores.
