This thirty year old five-story building was renovated to house Chevron's Lafayette District Offices. New entrances to this building included two cast-in-place concrete structures with a glazed structural facing tile covering which added some architectural effect to the modern pre-cast building. The interior used metal panels, ceramic tile, glazed tile, and special coatings to create the architectural aesthetics the designer was looking for.

The Crescent Bank & Trust job is a tenanat improvement to the 6th floor of the Capital City Press building on Bluebonnet Blvd. The job consists of the demolition of the existing finishes and the build back of new offices, conference rooms, file rooms, kitchen and bathroom updrades. The job duration is 90 days and the office will become the new head quarters for Crescent Bank & Trust in Baton Rouge.

The $1.4 million Grant Mollet renovation project involves complete demolition of existing suite units. The new layout will consist of an Acadiana Surgical Center Suite (Procedure/Recovery) and Office Suite. The ASC Suite will include four Procedure rooms and twelve Recovery rooms. The Office Suite will include all administration space, eleven Exam rooms, and six doctors’ offices. Lafayette General plans to continue to improve their facilities through the addition of this renovation work.
