Since the opening of a new Interstate 10 exit, Lemoine was able to construct new places of business for Stirling of Lafayette. This project consisted of a new Office Depot, PetCo, and Ross Dress for Less.

As the latest addition to the Stine Lumber Company stores, the new Sulphur retail lumber center will be a 122,660 square-foot facility. The building consists of three main components: 1) Drive-Thru Lumber Area (33,780 square feet), 2) Conditioned Sales, Office, and Storage Area (67,880 square feet), 3) Outdoor Garden Center (21,000 square feet). Also included in the scope of work are two freestanding lumber buildings (11,980 square feet & 11,340 square feet) to the rear of the site.

The work included masonry, structural concrete, structural steel, roofing, HVAC, electrical, and an exterior greenhouse. This Indian reservation casino project was constructed for Grand Casinos who served as the developer/operator of this facility. This stand alone casino/restaurant with related infrastructure and site work development occupies a total building footprint of 147,000 sq. ft. The project was completed by working seven days per week, 24 hours per day.
