This project consisted of an 8 story, 175,000-sf, 423 car parking garage for the City of Baton Rouge and the State of La.. The project scope was inclusive of all required site development and infrastructure work for a ¼ city block site in downtown Baton Rouge. The garage columns, beams, spandrels and girders were precast, the elevated decks were double t’s and the exterior on Convention and 3rd Streets was clad in architectural precast.

This project is a 7 story parking garage. The project scope included a 594,000 sq. ft. pre-cast facility with associated site paving, Main Street Market, walkways and landscaping.

The River Ranch Office Building and Parking Garage is designed to meet the needs of Lafayette’s premier traditional neighborhood community. The project anchors the town center portion of the development. The parking garage will also serve a condominium and boutique hotel currently under construction. The parking garage is five (5) stories and contains 350 spaces. The project was constructed in 8 months.
