Project Success Planning
In late 2006, THE LEMOINE COMPANY adopted a team-based approach to project delivery by implementing a partnering process called Project Success Planning (PSP). We have seen significant benefits in the areas of communication and collaboration resulting in improved relationships and less time wasted! The process involves bringing the project’s major stakeholders together, including the client/end user, architect and design firms, and key subcontractors. Outcomes from the PSP include a team mission statement and a Win/Win agreement comprised of each stakeholder's role, successful outcomes, and expectations from the other stakeholders. Keeping our purpose of, “Achieving excellence in construction while enhancing the lives of all involved,” in mind, we believe that PSP provides us with a tremendous opportunity to enhance the lives of all of our project stakeholders. Unlike most partnering processes that end after the initial partnering session, the success of PSP is derived from monthly feedback which allows the various members to correct off-track behaviors, based on real-time feedback, resulting in success for ALL stakeholders.
