Scope of work consisted of constructing a 56 unit, wood framed structure, assisted living facility in New Iberia, Louisiana. The exterior finish consisted of a one coat stucco system with brick veneer wainscoting around the entire perimeter. Each living unit houses its own private bath, kitchen, dining, and living areas. The main area of the building houses administration offices, public living and dining area, and a full service commercial kitchen.
