The Ascension Episcopal School will be a new multi-building campus located on Chemin Metairie Parkway in Youngsville, Louisiana. The campus will eventually include approximately nine (9) buildings including classrooms, administrative buildings, gymnasiums, athletic fields, and drives & parking. The Upper School will house the Ascension Episcopal High School classes. The building is an approximately 47,000 square foot, two story, structural steel building that will include classrooms, computer labs, library, and faculty work areas.

The LSU Gym/Armory, built in the 1920's, located on the corner of North Stadium and Dalrymple, on the LSU campus, has been completely renovated by The Lemoine Company and is now titled The Cox Communications Academic Center for Student Athletes. The entire renovation took 12 months to complete. The Center contains a library, study facilities, administration offices, as well as an auditorium available to all LSU students. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 1008. Each seat is equipped with a power outlet and internet connection capabilities. The auditorium also has one of the largest projector screens in the country at 40' x 15'.

The Lemoine Company completed renovations to Beauregard Hall on the campus of Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. The project included the complete gut and renovation of a building, dating back to the 1950's, to transform it into a state of the art laboratory and teaching environment.
