The 117,000 sq. ft. building consists of a steel frame with concrete decks. The press is located on the 2nd floor and supported by a structural concrete table that is approximately 6,500 sq. ft. The press weighs in excess of 1 million pounds. The exterior is a combination of 96 structural concrete tilt-up panels. This 9 acre site had approximately 180,000 sq. ft. of paving.

Construction began with 85% of the documents completed. Scope of work consisted of a 102,000 sq. ft. warehouse structure of which 60,000 sq. ft. is refrigerated warehouse space and the additional 42,000 sq. ft. of space serves to support a loading dock area, product packaging area and a drive-thru area for loading and unloading of regional product distribution vehicles. Site improvements included a 30,000 sq. ft. building which serves to house the company's administrative offices and hospitality areas. Other improvements to the site included a 10,000 sq. ft. vehicle maintenance facility and fuel station, over five acres of concrete paving and lush landscaping. The 27 acre site supported the design build team in providing the owner with a spacious state of the art distribution center.
