The River Ranch Office Building and Parking Garage is designed to meet the needs of Lafayette’s premier traditional neighborhood community. The project anchors the town center portion of the development. The parking garage will also serve a condominium and boutique hotel currently under construction. The parking garage is five (5) stories and contains 350 spaces. The project was constructed in 8 months.

New Administration and Operations Facility for Macro Oil Company

This project consisted of a 23 story office building. The project scope included a 46,000 square foot precast facility with associated sitework, fountain, walkways and landscaping. This project was completed on an eleven month schedule, and the Owner moved in two months ahead of schedule. The building interior includes 3 levels of more than 100 offices, 2 large conference rooms, a large reproduction room, and 3 break areas including 2 with balconies. The lobby area includes granite floors, precast concrete walls, granite wall paneling, 2 large glass display cases, an indoor foundatin flowing into an outdoor fountain, and a granite, stainless steel and glass trimmed mahogany reception desk.

The Atlas Wireline project was constructed with Lemoine serving as a design-build contractor to provide a total solution. The project scope was driven by the requirement for a new district office facility in the Lafayette, Louisiana region. This included nine different buildings.

This project was a Design/Build project consisting of a 15,000 sq. ft., two story office facility along with a 14,000 sq. ft. shop building. The shop facility houses 2 under hung 5 ton cranes along with dispatch office and storage for service tools. The office serves as the main branch for Workstrings and consists of office space and training/conference rooms.

The project included construction of a 7,307 square foot office building with wood frame construction, exterior walls consisting of brick veneer and plaster and all associated site work. The project site is located in the Village of River Ranch at Camellia Blvd. This project was completed on a nine month schedule.
