This project consisted of the addition of two new buildings to the Morgan City complex of Oceaneering International -- a 44,490sf structural steel Administration building and a 57,200sf Manufacturing Building which houses a 30-ton beam crane and a 1-ton jib crane and is made up of four large classrooms, a simulator room, a testing room, and office areas. In addition to the two buildings, the project includes a 135,000sf limestone lay-down area and nearly 300,000sf in concrete paving.

Consolidation of four Baker Oil Tools Completion Facilities and the relocation of the Screen manufacturing Plant to a new greenfield site. the project's scope of work included approximately 26,000 sq. ft. of office space, 191,000 sq. ft. of shop space, complete with overhead crane systems and 43,000 sq. ft. of covered exterior work spaces.
