This project involved the demolition and re-development of an existing 24 acre site adjacent to Lafayette Regional Airport. Extensive utility relocations and the expansion of Highway 190 were part of the site development scope of work. The building portion of the project included seven (7) separate buildings totaling 265,000. Extensive fixed wing aircraft maintenance equipment including blasting booths, paint spray booths, engine test stands etc., were part of the contractor's scope of work.

Best appreciated from the sky, the additions and renovations of Air Logistics, LLC, provide a great sample of the Lemoine Company's Aviation Construction. Its eight glittering helipads, state of the art hover pad, approach flight and walkway cover offer more than just an interesting view from the air. One of the state's most productive oilfield flight facilities, the Air Logistics hangar is a structure built for functionality.

Air Logistics expanded its existing facility with a 27,000 sf 2-story administrative building. All of Air Logistics’ thirteen Gulf of Mexico bases receive support, materials and operational assistance from its regional headquarters and primary maintenance facility in New Iberia, Louisiana.

The Lemoine Company served as the General Contractor for the hangar and fixture shop additions and renovations to the existing shop for Air Logistics in New Iberia, LA. The project involved the renovation of approximately 58,000 square foot of helicopter hangar shop and office space.
